Why Me?

During my pregnancy with my second child, I came across some significant challenges. Following my pregnancy I faced multiple years of grueling urinary incontinence, Diastasis Recti, and numerous other issues. My successful rehabilitation came after years and years of trial and error. I saw countless doctors and physical therapists, but no one could truly help me. It felt like the walls were closing in on me and my life was turning into a cycle of pain and sorrow. Until I finally decided to do research myself and control of my own health. During this process, I became passionate about pelvic floor physical therapy. I know there are many people out there in the same position I was in, so this blog is all about sharing my experience, strength, and hope. As someone with a nutrition background, this newfound focus really pushed me to double down on a different area of health. I want to provide comprehensive support for individuals facing pelvic health challenges and bring you one step closer to peak health.
